When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting via USPS or UPS.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee?
Yes, we can grind your coffee for drip, espresso, or French press. However, for the best flavor profile, we highly recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding them immediately before brewing.
What is your return policy on coffee beans?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada to ensure that the coffee reaches our customers while it is still within its peak freshness window.
How should I store my Denim Coffee beans?
Store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and fluctuating temperatures can compromise the oils and flavor of the bean.
Can I manage or cancel my coffee subscription?
Absolutely. You can log into your account at any time to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription, as well as change your delivery frequency or coffee selection.
