At Denim Coffee, we strive for total satisfaction with every roast; if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on opened food items, but we are committed to making things right through replacements or store credit.

Provide Details
For quality control purposes, please include photos of the packaging or the specific batch number found on your coffee bag.
Ship Non-Perishables
If returning equipment or apparel, ensure items are unused and in original packaging before mailing them back to our warehouse.
Receive Resolution
Once your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bag within 3-5 business days.
